The program is a highly interactive process that engages your entire management team.
We start by reviewing the current state of your business in its existing competitive context. We do this by interacting with you and your team, interviewing key clients, and prospects.
Once we have firmly grounded the discussion in your current reality, we turn our attention to the future, and engage the management team via a fun, immersive set of exercises.
The resulting output is then brought together in a management retreat setting where, through a series of interactive exercises, the team arrives at a consensus on the company’s vision for the future and its overall strategic goals. Often, the discussions leading up to these outcomes can be “robust,” and passionate, which is all the better as it means that the final output is not some vague compromise, but a hard-won decision on the part of all players who have a stake in the success of the company.
Simultaneous to this process, we conduct a full leadership assessment of the management team, the purpose of which is to assess gaps you will need to fill, and training needs you will need to achieve the vision and goals.
