Being taught something in the classroom is one thing. Executing upon it after the course is over is another. For this reason, post-training coaching is something we offer in all of our courses, in addition to continuous executive, and management coaching.
People who attend our courses tend to leave them really jazzed up. They feel that they have learned something new and they are eager to apply it in their everyday work lives. But when they get back to their offices, they often find that the day-to-day overwhelms them. This or that presentation is due by tomorrow. This study needs to get out into field next week. They don’t have the time or space to apply their new learnings and panic sets in.
That is when Cambiar is there to help them. As an option on every course we teach, we offer up to two hours of telephonic coaching to every individual who attends and completes the course. We’ll review your deck, suggest ways of synthesizing information, point to ways of visualizing data, help you tell the story, dig with you to get to the underlying insight.
