Lock has held senior international Human Resources leadership positions with a number of companies. Before joining Cambiar, he was Chief Human Resources Officer for NOP World, a $400 million global market research company. At Research International, as Executive Vice President/Group HR Director, he was responsible for Group-wide HR initiatives and served on the Executive Committee for Research International’s US business. Prior to his career in the market research industry, while resident in London, Lock provided HR leadership for Emerson Electric’s process control business, encompassing over twenty countries in Western and Central Europe and the Middle East. Lock has also held various functional, site, divisional and international roles with Emerson, Honeywell and Honeywell-Bull.
Lock has hands-on experience in most HR disciplines, along with considerable expertise in the effective integration of companies and cultures. Lock holds an undergraduate degree in Business and Political Science at St. Cloud State University with further specialist business education in Coaching from New York University.
