Strategic Consulting

CAMBIAR'S strategic consulting services offer clients the ability to stand back and conduct a full strategic review. They start with two simple questions:

"What is our vision?"

"What are our goals?"

Once we have understood the answers to these questions, we proceed to the third key query:

"Do we have the right management team to reach our goals?"

If the answer to this question is "No" or "Yes, but...", we work with you to profile what skills and talents an ideal management team would bring and how to attain these either through recruitment or through training, coaching and mentoring.

From this point on, we assess the overall structure of the company - infrastructure, processes, people, culture and products - from the perspective of aligning them to enable strategic goals to be met. On this basis, we are then able to outline the actions to be taken (both strategic and tactical) and design a comprehensive implementation plan. If so desired, CAMBIAR will also assist you in carrying this plan out, in effect providing a management resource on the ground with which to do so.
