Before
joining CAMBIAR, Lock Collins held the position of Chief Talent Officer
for NOP World, a $400 million global market research company. Prior
to NOP, Lock was the Group HR Director for Research International, where
he was responsible for Group-wide HR initiatives and also held the position
of Executive Vice-President and was a member of the Executive Committee
for Research International's US business. Lock has also held senior
Human Resources leadership positions, both internationally and domestically,
with Honeywell and Emerson Electric. At Emerson, while living in London,
Lock had HR leadership responsibility for the process control business,
encompassing over 20 countries in Western and Central Europe as well
as the Middle East.
He has hands-on experience in most HR disciplines,
along with considerable expertise in the effective integration of companies
and cultures. Lock holds an undergraduate degree in Business and Political
Science at St. Cloud State University with further specialist business education at New York University |
