KPI department checkup
Our KPI tool evaluates Research Department performance, based on Cambiar’s Ten KPIs described in our article “Ten Keys to Increasing the Impact of Research”.
The checkup is conducted among Research Department staff, clients ranging from middle management to C-suite executives, and key research firm partners. The tool is a self-administered questionnaire, the exception being in-person interviews with senior management.
The KPI checkup, along with 360’s and Birkman assessment, forms the basis for us to develop a high impact Research Department plan.
