Coaching and Mentoring

CAMBIAR offers a range of coaching and mentoring services at various management levels and to varying degrees of intensity, dependant on your individual needs. These may include

• Regular and frequent in-person coaching sessions
• Phone-based, structured coaching
• On demand mentoring, in person, by phone or by e-mail (or a mix of all three)
• Mentoring or coaching on specific projects
• On-going management advice.

In all cases, the managers involved are coached or mentored by one of CAMBIAR's principals against specific objectives designed and agreed to by the mentee and his or her managers.
