In many cases, a company's strategy and its goals may be well defined but circumstances may be placing obstacles in the way of effective implementation. These may be external (a change in the marketplace or in client needs) or internal (for example, the company's rate of growth may have outstripped its management systems' ability to cope).

In short, the company needs to deal with change in order to safeguard its strategy and future.

In these cases, CAMBIAR will work with you to

• identify the causes of change
• identify and assess its impact on the company's operations
• isolate the actions necessary to master the change process
• design and implement a plan of action
• communicate the plan to managers and staff.

The framework used to carry out change management assignments of this type is very similar to that outlined for strategic consulting but need not always be as intensive as a full-scale strategic review.
